This is next level information! I just want to spe This is next level information! I just want to speak to those of you feeling frustrated, stuck, and hopeless with your metabolism situation (I get it!) — we need to bring our understanding of what’s happening with the metabolism to 2023! If we want to be Lean for Life and have lasting fat loss, we need to go beyond calorie counting. What works in the short-term needs to play out and work in the long-term. Considering the immune systems role in the entire conversation is key.

I believe in giving honor where it’s due. Much of what I have learned and am implementing with clients is because of a personal mentor, @realjoelgreene. He’s top notch.

Sign-up for the BETA course I have created, Lean for Life, an immune centric approach. We start June 12th (link in bio)

Whenever I have these I’m satiating for hours and my blood sugars feel balanced (vs normal pancakes where you’re ready for a nap 1.5 hours later 😅)

Cottage Cheese Pancake Recipe (save and share with your friend!)

Cottage cheese pancakes
2c cottage cheese
6eggs
2T olive oil
2T maple syrup
1tsp vanilla
1Tbsp cinnamon
2c rolled out
2tsp baking powder
1 tbsp potato starch
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder - blend together and cooking on medium- low heat.

My favorite way to top: take frozen berries and place in a sauce pan. Crank the heat to medium-high and let them get hot and bubbly. Mash with a fork, then turn off the heat so they can cool… add to your pancakes with a drizzle of maple syrup as you please!
1/2c servings. Makes about 9
