Some of my clients know this, but for those who do not I thought I'd share here:

About mid year we found out we would be moving to the shores of MS late fall 2019. This pushed us into high gear with some house renovations we were doing and had planned, with the ultimate goal of selling our first home before the big move. With a husband who had an erratic work schedule and 2 small kids, this was no easy feat, and actually incredibly stressful. 
Fast forward to present day.. we just arrived to Mississippi a little over a week ago! We are loving it! Our place, the weather, all of it. Plus, I know we will meet some awesome people. Also, I'm really excited to try boiled peanuts and for it to be acceptable for me to use "ya'll" in my everyday language 😁 
I have had more of an "off" (if you will) season with my nutrition and I just take it in stride. I'm not worried about it. We had been living in survival mode and we just did the best we could. Life comes in seasons. Do your best with what you have and remember what's the ultimate priority.

All that to say... My life is about to become 100% more structured and stable and that likely means you'll see some more nutrition and everyday life stuff from me! Can't wait to connect more ♥️ If you don't already, you can also follow me on IG @katievigesaa
Instagram post 2180836031493151702_4212948771 Just picked up 50 pounds of nutrient rich, 100% grass-fed beef from cows who were allowed to graze and nourish the soil. 
Just in time for our trip down south! I'll be curious what sort of foods we will have access to. I knew I wanted to stock up on this goodness from a local farmer (Stonebridge beef)

I've been extra intentional with our meal times lately - I want my girls to have warm memories about spending meal time with family. Even if it's a quick meal, I still light some candles, add some herbs, and whatever other special touches I can. I enjoy it. I look forward to our evening meal and quality time together ❤️
