Hey! Nice to meet you, I’m Katie.
I’ve been working with nutrition clients for 12 years and have really honed in on a key piece of lasting weight loss: the immune system. I use an immune centric approach to fat loss because it is a key player in being Lean for Life.
More recently I have been counseling clients through the immune connection to lasting weight loss: I’m blown away at the results they are getting!
Weight loss is of special interest to me because like you, I have struggled with my weight. I understand the emotional side of weight struggles and what it feels like when things aren’t working.

Lean for Life is a 5-week Group Coaching Program
Self-guided training material, meal plans, and other resources will be provided at the beginning of each week. We will have a weekly LIVE group coaching call so you can feel supported, as well as pre-recorded educational lessons all about the science and methods we use to approach Lean for Life.
Calls will be recorded and provided if you are not able to attend in person.
