Here we start changing our food! Week 2 is Transition Week. I have created this week to ease your body into nutritional ketosis, also known as “keto”. Many are truly hooked on carbohydrates and sugar, maybe without even realizing it.
I see so many people go from eating a processed diet to the next day deciding to remove all sugar and carbohydrates. Guess what? they feel terrible because it’s too much, too fast for their body. We need to transition into this lifestyle and allow your body to adjust.
This week will help give you some delicious and real foods while showing you how to get rid of sugar and reduce a lot of the extra carbohydrates coming in.
