The first week we aren’t actually focusing on food at all. I have a little guide to show you some areas you can start working on your nutrition, but we aren’t actually diving into the meal plans yet.
I know, for some of you this might be disappointing but I have a method to my madness. Trust me. Many of the women have ultimately been grateful for this first week of intention setting. Without it, they would have felt overwhelmed. This first week is designated to help you get your mind in the right place.
I want you to really think through some things in this first week. I want you to process why you joined the program, what goals you have for yourself, and I want to help you begin the process of changing your mindset around food, weight loss, and your self-image.
This isn’t something we are going to skim and skip over. This is a very important part of the process. Without this, it could turn into just another plan you tried, just another set of steps to follow. This week will really help you commit and get your mind in the right place. I hope you take it seriously!
