Having a vision of where you are going is crucial, otherwise we feel aimless, and honestly? When we feel aimless, it’s easier to just keep eating the sweets and getting stuck in holiday treat mode.. because, “why does it matter?”

Having a vision produces clarity, which helps you make better decisions. 

Pro tip: cast a vision and then show up like the person you’re becoming.
