I’m a registered dietitian, wife, and mom of 2 little girls. I am also the creator of the Best You Plan (BYP), an online nutrition program I designed to re-wire the metabolism and mindset around food. Outside of that, I am a really big fan of good coffee (Dunn Bros. girl for life!) fresh flowers are my love language, and I really don’t know how I truly lived before realizing eggs and bacon were part of a healthy diet!
I get what it’s like to struggle with your metabolism. I’m not a naturally thin nutritionist, a common expectation if you are in the field of nutrition. I’ve actually wrestled with my metabolism since childhood.
